When it comes to AIs, humans might end up replaced in many different career paths, from artist to driver, to writer.
One area where we humans need not worry about replacement is dream interpretation, though several companies are offering AI-guided dream interpretation.
AI’s won’t have the insight to adequately understand and interpret your dream as well as you might be able to do because only you have had your experiences.
Furthermore, dream interpretation is easy enough to learn if you follow the 3-step dream interpretation process I’ve developed.
Experiences and your feelings about the experiences matter
Your dreams are comprised of your feelings about your experiences and your reflection and reaction to them.
If the AI pulls interpretation information from the Internet, most of it will be wrong. It’s a guaranteed result as simple as garbage in, garbage out.
We use computers for so many different things, it’s natural to want to use a computer to interpret dreams too. The premise is flawed, however. An AI can’t reflect on anything for you. A computer can’t meditate for you. An AI won’t have the same experiences as you. How could an AI interpret dreams for you?
Another person couldn’t give you a completely accurate interpretation 100 percent of the time either. How could an AI?
Dream interpretation is one more thing you’ll always have to do for yourself, though there’s no law against someone trying to make a business out of it.
