While it’s impossible to track everything because not everything can be assigned a numerical value, this is a great example of a study of one (or in this case, a study of two) related to sleep.
One can find what works for them when it comes to improving their sleep. What makes a difference? What doesn’t?
Sleep is an integral part of life. It makes sense to do it well!
